MAP January 2012

I have joined london personal trainer Dax Moy to help me get back in shape. It is a short journey of 30 days (but tough) and I am doing it to prove to myself that I can do anything I want however tough it may be and also to lose at least 15 pounds. I am IN with a no fail plan. I have got my husband enrolled as well. So we can support each other and obviously there will be no temptation to cheat when both of us are on the same diet and mindset.

So here are my measurements for today and I will update these at the end of day 30:

1. Body weight in pounds : 174.4
2. Circumference of chest/bust at the widest point : 41.5 Inch
3. Circumference of waist at the belly button level : 41.5 Inch
4. Circumference of arm at the largest point :14Inch right left 13.5 Inch
5. Circumference of hips at 'deepest' protrusion of your buttocks: 43 Inch
6. Circumference of thighs at 4 inches above kneecap : 20 Inch
7.
Circumference of thighs at 8 inches above the kneecap : 24 Inch
